To maintain the brilliant design on your mug, I recommend handwashing.  However if you wish to use a dishwasher, use the top rack, avoiding heated drying cycles. Use liquid, power, or pod detergents for hassle-free cleaning, while steering clear of scrubbing pads and steel wool to protect its beautiful outer coating.
